Things to consider when booking a large event: 

Each artist, even with our quickest designs, can only accommodate an average of 15 guests per hour which equates to 4 minutes per guest. 4 minutes accounts for the time it takes for each guest to get in and out of the artist’s chair as well as time to paint the design. 

If you are expecting a turnout of 200 guests who would like Face Painting, and the event is 2 hours long, you would need 5 artists to accommodate every guest within the time of the event.  

BOOK EARLY: If more than 1 artist is required for an event, booking a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event helps ensure that the appropriate number of artists will be available to entertain at your event. Several of our regular clients book up to a year in advance and during the school year many large events happen simultaneously so the earlier you can book, the better. 

BOOK EARLIER: Certain times of year are busier than others. October is by far our busiest month. When planning your October event, be sure to inquire about our availability early. Planning your event entertainment several months in advance is never too early. 

Face Painting

Our hourly face painting services in Tucson, Marana and Pima County can accommodate up to 15 children per hour for many of our face designs. Only the highest grade, professional face paint is used to create our artistic designs. 

All face paint used is professional, cosmetic grade, FDA approved face paint from companies that specialize in creating professional face and body paint. All glitter that is used is also cosmetic grade glitter. Do not attempt to re-create face paint designs with acrylic craft paint and glitter. Acrylic paint is not made for skin especially on the face of small children. Craft glitter from a craft store is made of tiny pieces of metal and under no circumstance should be used near children’s eyes.

We have Birthday Cakes, Entertainer, Face Painter, Serving Tucson, Sahuarita, Marana, Oro Valley since 2012. Our entertainers can accommodate up to 15 children per hour for intricate, multi-balloon designs or up to 25 for simple designs. Simple balloon design examples include but are not limited to balloon swords, flowers, and wands. 

**Children receiving a balloon must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 yrs can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
