Things to consider when booking a large event:  

 A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book an event, along with client/artist agreement. Deposit will be deducted from final cost on day of event.*  

Please call, text or email me with your name, event date, time, event location, and expected number of people who will participate. After discussing the details of your event I will email you a quick PDF agreement to fill in and instructions for the deposit. Once I receive your agreement and deposit your booking will be confirmed. You may contact me any time for questions or concerns. 

BOOK EARLY: If more than 1 artist is required for an event, booking a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event helps ensure that the appropriate number of artists will be available to entertain at your event. Several of our regular clients book up to a year in advance and during the school year many large events happen simultaneously so the earlier you can book, the better.  

BOOK EARLIER: Certain times of year are busier than others. September- December is by far our busiest period. When planning your October event, be sure to inquire about our availability early. Planning your event entertainment several months in advance is never too early.    

 I supply all face painting supplies with the exception of a gazebo. Cover can be brought by the artist for an additional fee. The same goes for balloon twisting, glitter tattoos and bubble play. 

I bring a menu of design options for guests to choose from. The complexity of the face painting designs and sculptures offered may depend on the number of guests at your event compared to the amount of time booked. 

Face paint is water soluble so designs will wash off when anything wet is applied to it.  Makeup remover wipes can be used to clean the face be gentle as scrubbing from any wipes can irritate the face.* 

Some face paint colors have more pigment such as dark blues, greens and purples.
If any staining remains due to this, a light oil such as baby or olive oil, in addition to makeup remover, will easily remove this.   

The time needed for an event is dependent on the number of guests.  

Depending on the intricacy of designs we can paint between 12-15 faces in one hour. 

We provide a menu board as we find it to easy to provide your guests with examples of the available faces and this speeds selection for parents and children.

We are able to create elaborate designs with "Bling", in addition to quick and small eye designs.

We are happy to discuss with you the most reasonable time frame for your party.
 

Large festival or events:  Please be advised that we do not charge a "pay for face" fee to be a vendor at events. We are only hired at our hourly rates by event organizers.

Our Artist only use the highest quality supplies on our customers and we take time to research and purchase these supplies.

*We recommend if someone suffers from severe allergies or skin sensitivities that we first do a small skin patch test on the arm or hand.  

Deposits for events can be accepted using Venmo, Zelle or Cash. If you need to use a credit card there is an option on PayPal to do so. 

For the remaining balance on day of event - cash is always appreciated and accepted, in addition to the options listed above.  Please ask for details.
